Further the table below provides an overview about feasible remedies to reduce or eliminate the risk of a loss of containment in the unlikely event of a rotor failure.
The figures to the right provide the individual risk value (risk of fatal injury) of engine crew member per turbocharger per year.
For turbochargers without any containment incident in the field, the average risk value of the corresponding series is used instead. The figure is provided in brackets

We would like to underline that based on our documented field experience turbochargers of type NA57/T9 are operating very reliably and do not have an increased general risk of a rotor failure.
